NOBLERegionIV.com Chapter Page Updates — Included at No Cost

There is no website update fee for authorized updates to your chapter's page on NOBLERegionIV.com — this service is provided at no cost to your chapter.

After your chapter information is submitted and approved, your chapter will designate a Chapter Administrator. Region IV will provide that administrator with a PDF how-to guide for keeping future chapter information current, including leadership changes and incoming Chapter President information.

Chapter Administrator access will be limited to that chapter's own authorized Region IV page and management areas. A chapter administrator will not be able to edit another chapter's information. This chapter-specific access helps keep NOBLERegionIV.com accurate and current as leadership changes occur.

Please complete the questions in this form that apply to your chapter so Region IV has the information needed to update your chapter page.

Optional Independent Website Services — Not Required: Independent website design and update services are completely optional, are priced separately, and are presented in Step 2 of this form. Choosing not to purchase independent website services does not affect your chapter's no-cost NOBLERegionIV.com page updates.

For future independent website updates or assistance, contact Michelle Clegg at (347) 336-1515.

1. Select Your Chapter

Select the chapter you are authorized to represent.

2. Chapter Website

Does your chapter currently operate its own independent chapter website? *

Would your chapter like to use the NOBLE Region IV Membership & Dues Manager?

This system can accept new applications and renewals, track members by chapter, collect dues through your chapter's PayPal account, and send chapter-specific notifications.

Region IV Hosted Chapter

Because NOBLERegionIV.com will serve as your primary Region IV chapter page, the full chapter information and membership sections will be requested.

OPTIONAL WEBSITE SERVICES

Your Chapter. Your Vision. A Web Solution Built Around You.

Tell us what your chapter needs online, and we’ll help shape a professional solution that fits. These independent website services are optional and separate from the free authorized updates to your chapter page on NOBLERegionIV.com.

FOR CHAPTERS WITH AN INDEPENDENT WEBSITE

Independent Website Update

$2,000

For chapters that already operate an independent website and would like professional updates to that site. Final scope and priorities will be discussed during the consultation.

Hosting option: Hosting can be provided at no additional annual hosting fee with this service, which can help eliminate a separate third-party hosting charge such as an approximately $200 yearly hosting bill.

FOR CHAPTERS WITHOUT AN INDEPENDENT WEBSITE

New Chapter Website

$3,500

For chapters that would like a new independent chapter website. Hosting is included, so there is no separate yearly hosting fee for the provided hosting service.

Domain responsibility: The chapter purchases and renews its own .com or .org domain name. Domain registration/renewal is typically approximately $10.99–$20.00 per year, although registrar pricing can vary.

Would your chapter like to request independent website services? *

30-Minute Website Consultation Request

Provide the best contact information and your preferred appointment date/time. The requested time is not confirmed until the web developer follows up with you.

Next step: If you opt in for website services, your request will be sent to the Region IV web-services contact. Michelle Clegg will use the information above to follow up about the 30-minute consultation.

3. Chapter Information

JPG, PNG, or WebP. Maximum 5 MB.
Used for a chapter-specific WordPress account if approved.
Receives new application, renewal, payment, and membership status notifications. This can be different from the administrator account email.

Chapter Details

Social Media

NOBLE Member / Chapter Patches

PNG only. You may upload up to 10 NOBLE member, agency, or chapter patch images, maximum 5 MB each. Transparent-background PNG files are preferred when available.
How Region IV will use these: Uploaded patch images will be reviewed with the rest of the chapter submission before any approved image is added to the chapter page.

Existing Chapter Forms & Notices

PDF only. You may upload up to 5 blank chapter documents, maximum 10 MB each. Examples: current membership application, renewal form, privacy notice, or other chapter form.
Digital form recreation: Region IV can use approved uploaded documents as a reference when recreating the form digitally. Future online form submissions can then be routed to the Chapter Administrator and/or Membership Notification Email selected in this setup. Do not upload completed member applications, payment records, Social Security numbers, or other documents containing sensitive member information.

4. Membership Information

Membership Manager Opted Out. Detailed Region IV membership fields and PayPal API setup are not required. Your chapter will continue managing membership and dues independently.

Membership Categories & Pricing

Chapters do not all use the same membership structure. Add only the membership options that actually apply to your chapter. For example, a chapter that charges $35 yearly and $350 lifetime can add only Annual / Yearly Membership and Lifetime Membership.

Regular, Associate, and Supporting are now optional dropdown choices. They are not automatically added to every chapter.

Processing / Administrative Fee

Chapter Donations

Donation information is separate from the Region IV Membership/Dues Manager. Complete this section even if your chapter manages membership on its own website.

Does your chapter accept online donations?
Use the chapter's Venmo profile or payment link so the public donation button can open Venmo directly.
Donation links do not change the separate PayPal API setup used when a chapter opts into Region IV membership dues processing.

5. Payment Setup

PayPal Membership Setup Required

After this form is submitted, Region IV will email the PayPal setup instructions for your chapter. The email will contain only that chapter's assigned webhook URL.

Do not enter your PayPal Client Secret in this public form. The Client Secret is confidential and must be handled through the authorized Region IV administrator configuration method.

  • Start with Sandbox/Test when appropriate.
  • Region IV will provide the correct chapter webhook.
  • You will return your Client ID and Webhook ID.
  • Your Client Secret must not be sent through ordinary email.
Payment Setup – Not Required. Your chapter selected external membership/dues management, so no PayPal API setup email will be sent.

6. Review & Submit

Review the summary below before sending the information to Region IV.

Save & return is available to authenticated chapter users. Guest submissions should be completed in one session.
