Naimah Saadiq
NOBLE IOWA CHAPTER PRESIDENT
Welcome to NOBLE Iowa Chapter
Naimah Saadiq serves as President of the NOBLE Iowa Chapter and as Assistant Director of the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. In her leadership role at the Academy, she helps advance professional training for Iowa law enforcement officers and has led or supported instruction in cultural awareness, community partnerships, communication skills, de-escalation, defensive tactics, precision driving, and vehicle-stop procedures.
Her public-safety career includes service as a police officer with the Ames Police Department, where she also worked in community-focused assignments, as well as professional experience with Arizona State University as a consultant, investigator, and police recruiter. Saadiq has also been recognized for her work in implicit-bias education and for promoting stronger understanding and collaboration between law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.
Saadiq earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Iowa State University and a master’s degree in Public Safety Leadership and Administration from Arizona State University. Through her work with NOBLE and the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy, she remains committed to ethical leadership, professional excellence, community trust, and NOBLE’s mission of Justice by Action.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
NOBLE Iowa Chapter Annual Membership
$35 / YEAR
Annual NOBLE Iowa Chapter membership dues.
- Active members and law enforcement officers of a federal, state or local law enforcement agency, or other police agency.
- Persons employed in a position which by statute is empowered to exercise arrest and/or law enforcement powers.
- Permanent rank of Lieutenant or above, or an equivalent level of management responsibility.
- Retired persons who would have been eligible for membership had they continued serving in their former active capacity.
- Shall be entitled to vote on each matter submitted to members.
- Shall be eligible to hold office.
LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP
NOBLE Iowa Chapter Lifetime Membership
$350 ONE-TIME
One-time NOBLE Iowa Chapter lifetime membership dues.
- Active law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who do not meet the qualifications of Regular Membership.
- Retired law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who do not meet the qualifications of Regular Membership.
- Have the same rights and privileges as Regular Members.
- May not hold the office of Chapter President or Chapter Vice President.
- Have the right to vote for the Region IV Vice President, National Associate Member Representative, and elected officers at the National level.
- Associate members in good financial standing shall be entitled to vote on all matters submitted to the Chapter.
