Welcome to NOBLE Western Michigan Chapter
President Victor Green leads the NOBLE Western Michigan Chapter as part of Region IV’s network of law enforcement leaders and public safety professionals.
The chapter provides a local connection point for members across Western Michigan to strengthen professional relationships, support leadership development, engage with communities, and advance NOBLE’s commitment to justice, service, and excellence.
Through Region IV, Western Michigan members can stay connected to regional events, career opportunities, professional programs, and the broader NOBLE network.

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
NOBLE WMC Regular Membership
$/Yearly
- Active members and law enforcement officers of a federal, state or local law enforcement agency, or other police agency.
- Persons employed in a position which by statute is empowered to exercise arrest and/or law enforcement powers.
- Permanent rank of Lieutenant or above, or an equivalent level of management responsibility.
- Retired persons who would have been eligible for membership had they continued serving in their former active capacity.
- Shall be entitled to vote on each matter submitted to members.
- Shall be eligible to hold office.
ASSOCIATE
NOBLE WMC Associate Membership
$/Yearly
- Active law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who do not meet the qualifications of Regular Membership.
- Retired law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who do not meet the qualifications of Regular Membership.
- Have the same rights and privileges as Regular Members.
- May not hold the office of Chapter President or Chapter Vice President.
- Have the right to vote for the Region IV Vice President, National Associate Member Representative, and elected officers at the National level.
- Associate members in good financial standing shall be entitled to vote on all matters submitted to the Chapter.
SUPPORTING
NOBLE WMC Supporting Membership
$/Yearly
- Persons interested in furthering the goals of the National Organization and Chapter.
- Persons who do not meet the requirements of Regular Membership and Associate Membership.
- Shall be entitled to vote for Chapter officials and all matters submitted to the Chapter.
